American Heart Association HeartSaver Adult CPR/AED is held on the dates shown at Sage Continuing Education, 719 Olde Hickory Road, Suite B, Lancaster. The cost is $65.00 per person. Certification is good for two years and is accepted by the PA State Board of Massage Therapy. There are no CEs given for this class. Discounts and Gift Certificates cannot be used for this class. Please dress comfortably and bring writing materials. Please indicate at registration if you need any special accommodations for this class. Class size is limited!

Can’t come to Sage for your CPR class? We’ll come to you! Just put together a group (size depends on location) and we will bring CPR to your place.  *Travel expenses may apply.

If you lose your CPR certification card you receive in this class, please email Tracey Van Marter @ traceyvanmarter@ephratahospital.org to request a replacement card. The cost is $3.00.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Student will be refunded 100% if class is cancelled by instructor. If student voluntarily withdrawals from a class 30 days or more prior to class date, he/she will receive a 100% refund (PayPal or credit card fees may apply). If withdrawal occurs 15-29 days in advance of the class date, student will receive a 50% refund (PayPal or credit card fees may apply). Student will not receive a refund if withdrawal occurs 14 days or less prior to scheduled class. A $25 rescheduling fee may apply. Special exceptions may apply. Classes are not guaranteed to take place and could be cancelled due to low enrollment, weather, etc. Please check with Sage before you make plans or hotel or travel arrangements.
