This 4-hour ethics course will include the necessity of using and understanding a comprehensive client intake form.  A sample Intake Form will be provided including all categories of questions that need to be asked and why.  We will talk about how to ask more probing questions in response to the answers on the Intake Form and how your massage can be adapted when necessary to more skillfully meet the needs of your client.  Handout given at class, please bring writing material

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Student will be refunded 100% if class is cancelled by instructor. If student voluntarily withdrawals from a class 30 days or more prior to class date, he/she will receive a 100% refund (PayPal or credit card fees may apply). If withdrawal occurs 15-29 days in advance of the class date, student will receive a 50% refund (PayPal or credit card fees may apply). Student will not receive a refund if withdrawal occurs 14 days or less prior to scheduled class. A $25 rescheduling fee may apply. Special exceptions may apply. Classes are not guaranteed to take place and could be cancelled due to low enrollment, weather, etc. Please check with Sage before you make plans or hotel or travel arrangements.
