Fascia Release Therapy is an introduction to an evidence-informed and anecdotal approach to fascial health and wellness. The Fascia Research Congress offered this functional definition: fascia is “fibrous collagenous tissues which are part of a body wide tensional force transmission system.” In this course, we begin the journey into understanding the components, structural and functional characteristic of fascia. Enhance our ability to observe, evaluate, palpate and assess fascial function and dysfunction. Explore numerous fascia focused techniques to prevent, improve, and normalize fascial dysfunction to effectively restore and improve functionality.
