Learn effective techniques for addressing the most common types of sports injuries with an emphasis on the upper body. Injuries such as tennis elbow, golfers elbow, strains, rotator cuff injuries, herniations, and more will be covered. You will also learn how to address the different stages from injury to recovery to rehabilitation. Please dress comfortably in clothes that you can move in and bring a set of sheets.
