Muscle Fiber Methodology is a unique combination of methods incorporating Muscle Fiber Manipulation, Passive Stretching and Client-Specific Exercises that allows clients to reach optimal Performance. In passive stretching, there is an external force being provided (you the therapist). The clients are being stretched instead of actively stretching. Passive stretching can be accomplished through partner stretches, using stretching accessories and/or just using gravity to assist your stretch. If the stretch is reliant on an external force, it is a passive stretch. Students will learn the Passive Stretches designed for Muscle Fiber Methodology and how these stretches are used to prepare the clients for muscle manipulation.
