Learn which specific questions and information should be included on a client intake form to allow you to deliver the most appropriate and skillful massage to your client. We will discuss how to ask probing questions for additional information about your client’s health based on the answers they provided on the intake form. These answers will help you to adapt to the massage to the specific needs of your client. Hands on time will be learning and practicing massage strokes and techniques specific to the many needs a client may have, while still allowing that client to feel they received a great massage. You will also learn to design your own comprehensive Intake Form.

Please bring a set of sheets, a face rest cover, and your favorite massage cream, lotion or oil.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Student will be refunded 100% if class is cancelled by instructor. If student voluntarily withdrawals from a class 30 days or more prior to class date, he/she will receive a 100% refund (PayPal or credit card fees may apply). If withdrawal occurs 15-29 days in advance of the class date, student will receive a 50% refund (PayPal or credit card fees may apply). Student will not receive a refund if withdrawal occurs 14 days or less prior to scheduled class. A $25 rescheduling fee may apply. Special exceptions may apply. Classes are not guaranteed to take place and could be cancelled due to low enrollment, weather, etc. Please check with Sage before you make plans or hotel or travel arrangements.
