Why? because we can’t crawl up onto our own tables! Here is a preview of ancient exercise practice(s) that helps relieve muscle tension while calming the mind. Plus, ergonomics: a regular yoga or tai chi practice will help remind us what good alignment feels like and to breathe deep while keeping the non-working limbs relaxed.
