Payment, Class Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Registration is not complete until full payment is received. Please note, to keep costs down in order to provide affordable quality continuing education, we do not accept Discover or American Express. We also do not accept post-dated checks.

Student will be refunded 100% if class is cancelled by instructor. If student voluntarily withdrawals from a class 30 days or more prior to class date, he/she will receive a 100% refund (PayPal or credit card fees may apply). If withdrawal occurs 15-29 days in advance of the class date, student will receive a 50% refund (PayPal or credit card fees may apply). Student will not receive a refund if withdrawal occurs 14 days or less prior to scheduled class. A $25 rescheduling fee may apply. Special exceptions may apply. Classes are not guaranteed to take place and could be cancelled due to low enrollment, weather, etc. Please check with Sage before you make plans or hotel or travel arrangements.
