Prerequisite: Foot Reflexology Basics or a Reflexology class within the last two years or a comfortable knowledge of Reflexology and the reflex locations on the foot. Please contact the instructor if you are not sure.

Take your Reflexology skills to the next level! This class will begin with a brief review of the history and principles of Reflexology. The systems of the body will also be reviewed. Students will refresh and fine tune their basic skills and knowledge of the reflex points on the feet as they exchange a reflexology session. Students will learn a 10 minute Hand Reflexology protocol. Advanced techniques will be taught that will set you apart in your Reflexology or Massage practice. Condition specific techniques such as Plantar Faciitis, edema and neuropathy will be included along with advanced relaxation techniques. Time for questions about specific conditions relating to the body and how to relieve that on the feet will finish our time together.

If student voluntarily withdrawals from a class 30 days or more prior to class date, he/she will receive a 100% refund (PayPal or credit card fees may apply). If withdrawal occurs 15-29 days in advance of the class date, student will receive a 50% refund (PayPal or credit card fees may apply). Student will not receive a refund if withdrawal occurs 14 days or less prior to scheduled class. A $25 rescheduling fee may apply. Special exceptions may apply. Classes are not guaranteed to take place and could be cancelled due to low enrollment, weather, etc. Please check with Sage before you make plans or hotel or travel arrangements.
